Police in Vermont, California, have announced their intention to move in part to use Tesla electric cars.
A statement issued by the police said that it has now purchased 85 cars, “Tesla Model S” for $ 61 million, to join the fleet of cars.
Tesla designed these vehicles with special specifications to meet the needs of the police, supplied with lights with colored lights, sound warning systems, and advanced wireless equipment.
Experts in Tesla point out that this is the second time police have sought to own their electric company. Two years ago, the Luxembourg police bought two cars to test their ability to work in this area.
